Can I make a small game with ruby?

I want to know if ruby can make simple games so I don't waste all my time into ruby.

There are plenty of simple games that you can make with Ruby, depending on how simple is 'simple'.

Rock, Paper, Scissors.
Hangman.
Number guessing / Lottery game.
Tic-tac-toe
etc.

when You create graphical and release it on app store ...than why you want to create textual game ? use any graphical library

Abhishek Sankpal If you want to learn something after HTML then go for CSS then JavaScript then PHP.
If you will get more advanced take a python and a ruby course.
And believe me Udacity is such a good place to learn such skills.
It got loads of courses from HTML learning to responsive mobile web development to self driving cars.

the ruby course here itself has a small fighting game as a tutorial that is really cool, finish the course and study the fighting games code!

yes you can, you know a horror game called mad father? they used wolf rpg editor to make it. and about the witch's house, they used rpg maker vx to build it. and both the engine used ruby for scripting
