For web developing first of all you should learn html, css and javascript, after that you will need to know something like php or ruby and a strong understanding of sql!
You can find basic tutorial for all the above here on solo learn, but with the tutorials provided here you will have only a basic knowledge that you will have to improve more and more with practice and more studying!

First, you need to learn the front-end tools like html css and javascript
then for the back-end part learning php is not necessairy. You have the choice between different technologies like asp.net framework with c# langage or node.js framework with javascript that you have already learnt or use PHP langage.
Beside that you need to have a good/strong knowlage of sql to manipulate databases.
