can i skip my css tutorials and engage my self with javascript because javascript is my main target?

No I think that you should unless have some knowledge in Css before doing JavaScript. There are not directly linked, but before would be to go step by step.

Yes you can, as I learned JavaScript and CSS before HTML, whereafter I got a pretty decent amount of knowledge about it when I started the HTML couse. It's actually quite easy to learn JavaScript before CSS, since they have only a little bit in common. The only thing you might struggle with is the part where you can manipulate CSS with JavaScript

P.S. I had a masterclass JavaScript 8 months ago, and it was pure JavaScript, no HTML, (only the <html><body><head><script> tags), no CSS, just JavaScript and it was quite easy to understand everything
