Why is Kotlin only on the mobile app?

I would really like it if the Kotlin tutorial would spread to the web app on desktop, since it is much more convenient to work with Kotlin on my computer with a bigger screen

newly introduced courses can only be found on the app.You can send your suggestions to [e-mail]

C was created as lessons by community members before it got upgraded to a full course. I assume that Kotlin will get the same treatment once the course is complete.
