You can submit in Lesson factory
https://www.sololearn.com/learn/11393/?ref=app
You submit, then wait for Sololearn staff to decide (may take months).
Approved lesson will be added as standalone lesson at the beginning (with writer credited) .
After the lessons form a chain, they'll be added to main courses (writer credit removed)
Wish you good luck with your learning and submission š
(by the way, there are styling option in lesson factory, which I realized AFTER I submit my lessonš

I hope we have the option to design the quiz for our lesson if they are added to main course. Hope it's not those "the answer is already in the question" typeš¤·āāļø

Isnt it will be appended by Sololearn directly?

Janningā Oh! Really? I didn't examine the preview in detail then. Thanks for letting me know. āŗļø
I have a good topic to add. Let me try it in lesson factory after I master the topic. š

Janningā And ease off some of your load!š
A fact I already knew and to back it up I also tried : if you choose other language SL won't (and can't BTW because code playground don't have other language) add try it yourself button.
Edit: Janningā
Wow! Nice catch. I just realised how they can custom mentionš. I was wondering for long time and you removed my confusion. So, the wrecker-in-chief most probably is Svapnil + Andrew G.
I let this off topic answer stay here.

Also Seniru Pasan for appending, after you continue after previewing, Sololearn will give you extra option to append after relevant lessons.

That's great to hear, Gordon !
Looking forward to seeing your (and Seniru Pasan 's) contributions. š

Emoji FanBoy , this is true. You make a good point. The Lesson Factory will only generate the Try It Yourself button if you select a language that the Code Playground supports. Thanks for catching that. šš

I think SoloLearn has much more flexibility on their end, as long as you leave notes on your intentions. For example, you can link an image. If SoloLearn approves the lesson, they can host the image on their server(s) and update the link before launching the lesson.

I didn't find that option of adding into main course directly. I think the newly added lessons, if accepted, will be separated from the main course; and will be added to main course after some period of time, when some condition is fulfilled. (for example CSS filter and JavaScript ES6 syntax, they were in standalone section for almost one year before they are moved into main courses.)

Wish your lesson gets accepted š

FYI, if you use the "code" styling in the Lesson Factory, it will convert it to a code block and generate a Try It Yourself button for you. To see this, you can Preview your submission.
Using the "Note" styling will generate a yellow info box.

Gordon thanks! But another small question. There are R codes in those lessons. But the problem is there is no standard option to add R codes to them.

Welcome, Seniru, please choose the bottommost language option of "Other" in the drop-down list š

Gordon oh okš

Oh if you are talking about in-lesson demo code, you can't put a Try It Yourself type.
You can only write the scripts and then highlight them and choose the styling for "code", which makes them in a yellow block, to be in-line with Sololearn lesson.
There are also styling option heading, subheadings, bold and note. You can click into lesson factory and play with the interface a little bit, even preview, just don't submit is ok.

Gordon Janningā Another question... Is it possible to insert lessona in between 2 lessons. I see some topics are not covered and skipped to the next lesson.

ShortCode so if we just submit a lesson they will append it to the R Course?
