How do I download Ubuntu as a disc so I upload it on Virtualbox?

I'm going to start doing SQL here soon along with PHP for a website I'm developing. I forgot how to download Ubuntu as a disc so I can upload it to virtualbox. I tried again but the instructions on YouTube are not very clear. Plus I don't fully remember how I did it the first time.

scroll down a bit and click on the green download button
it will give you an iso
