making a database in server a desktop software/application

Hi everyone...I made a hospital management system database using phpmyadmin and php codes, in xammp server...how do I make it a software so it can installed on the desktop to be used by receptionists and doctors in hospitals???...
Any help will be appreciated...

your challenge is a client-side browser based app. there are several client-side languages you can use. Do research on these languages
