JavaScript or Python?

What is better to study a 14 year old teenager? JavaScript or Python? There is a basic knowledge of programming: algorithms, cycles, variables, conditions.

Neither language will spoil you eternally for the other one. (Probably you'll learn it later anyway.)

You should choose based on what exactly you want to do with programming.

JS would be the natural choice if you want to do web.

There are many, many different areas where you can be productively writing code, and web is definitely one of them.
