So, which web host should I choose?

depends on your country. also what type of service you are making.
here in the unitedvstates a very good host is inmotion for small to medium projects.

rackspace is extremely popular for large sites that needs lots of power and bandwith.

always look at bandwith..uptime..and user reviews when looking.

also decide if you need shared or your own ip.
