why wasting time on html and css?????

Question

I spend a lot of time to learn HTML and CSS. now I'm really wondering if I have something to do with that knowledge. I think that be just a website creator it's not a good job. otherwise, maybe these languages are necessary to understand other 'real' languages..... still confuse.
I need advice what to do now - keep practice web building, or move to the next level. also, I don't know which language to learn. please help!!!

If you're not interested in html or don't need it, don't learn it. It's that simple!

You really need to understand how HTML and CSS work and know about all tags and common errors usually happen and all styling stuff like what's CSS grid .....

Because you will need to know what are these things in building a real front-end (client-side) web by CMS
And also it will help you to make your own theme ...

Let's say these languages are very basic in the field of programming you need to know about them cuz they will help you in any thing has word internet .

And if you think you have wasted alot of time believe me that time is appreciated and still forward alot to learn during years to be an established programmer .
