I havec a question.... for create an application i must take c,c+,php or just js and css? I ask because i know any people who take only js but i read and heard that i need to c,php....

It literally depends on what type of application you are building. JavaScript, python, php are majorly used for web applications while HTML, CSS are the languages for look and feel of your website i.e UI(User Interface).
Look out for various frameworks used in different languages. This will help you to build a better product.

i have seen a little and my first problem is that i find any things (c+ php js....)for enregistred the data or create an accont for exemple.... i'm lost haha
