How to change 32bit installed OS to 64bit on 64 bit machine?

Due to some blue screen errors, I installed windows 10 again on my laptop but accidentally end up installing 32bit version on 64bit machine? Now as expected, I am not able to install any softwares on my windows 10. What to do now?

Reinstall windows But as you said you get blue screen error, please give it to check or repair. I got the same error because a problem in my mother board.
