You need to know OOP, design patterns, algorithms, especially for the languages you listed. Every employer wants to hire a qualified employee.

Forget getting a job. Go self employed, create your own applications and sell them on a platform.

good enough to make something practical and useful or to be able to solve some problems using programming . in general you don't work on something alone unless you are the only programmer in the company, which is rare.

You need to prove you understand programming, you have logic and can learn new technology fast, you need to show you are passionate and have a little portfolio with little programs you've done ( even if is a "to do" app) and then look for companies that take interns and apply. Once you are inside you need to do your best because its like a competition :) If they like you and see potential in you they will promote you to a junior developer and from there you can only go up !!!

You don't need to be good at programming to get a job. You might need to be good at programming to get a programming job, depending on the hiring criteria. Generally, getting a job is usually more about presenting yourself well.
