What would be these best language to start off learning?
Trying to learn coding. Which should I start with? Trying to learn multiple for programming eventually

if you are learning from scratch it is better to try HTML, because the syntax of this is simple, once you know this you can enter more advanced languages in the same field as CSS or JAVASCRIPT, and with that the rest of languages They are somewhat similar in their syntax so it will be easier to learn them.

You should learn HTML first, second CSS, and then JavaScript and then what ever you want
I advise you don't start with java
