You can use any language to hacking. But not remotely. Cases like this if you don't have a direct connect like ssh or something else, you must have a software on the victims device like software vulnerability that you interact with in order to make these activities. I don't hack and sololearn is not for them.

Sure.. Python is a very robust and an elegant Language suitable for many tasks. Only that you must be smart in learning what you need to know so as to get your job done because there is a lot to cover in learning before advancing into hacking.. By the way, why would you wanna learn programming because you wanna do something evil? That's not safe to do please... Kindly take caution. Solve problems with programming rather than creating them

You have hacking confused with cracking. What you are referring to is cracking. Cracking is done by 'bad' hackers or crackers as we call them. Hacking is developing a creative solution to a problem. Difference is hackers make things and crackers break them. Cracking will never be encouraged except ethically but hacking is always encouraged. Only thing is you have to learn quite a lot to even get into hacking. And yes, python is used extensively by hackers. For administration, automation and POC exploits.
