//For HTML yes, Because html is so simplified language that it can be Learn in couple of days, though it has many tags, attributes to learn

yeah kind of , but practice always makes things better. use a computer to get better. using a phone or tablet is not the way to go. this app is just a fun way to learn and get motivated to start.
