Hi just started html (btw bio student never ever did anything like this) any tips to a total beginner?

just follow the course. Practise every exercise you encounter. Type out all the tags, don’t just copy them. And when you finished the first HTML course, continue with the CSS course. Also: do the challenges in this app. Those will help you memorise and internalise some of the web design concepts. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Lolen Duden for someone who’s just started with HTML, event handlers are probably one step too far too soon. I would first learn HTML, then CSS and when you start with JavaScript event handlers will automatically be on your curriculum.

Subhan Arif event handlers are ways to handle events that can happen on the screen. For example: mouseclicks, keypresses, mousemove etc. I wouldn’t worry about those now. But by the time you learn about JavaScript they will become very interesting 😁
