I know about html and even I know about codes of htm but still I am not able to create a website give me some ideas guys

i had the same problem as you until i started learning css which gave me the abilty to produce astheticly pleasing web pages. After that then i learnt javascript and all of a sudden i could make a website which looked good but also could serve many functions.
also you should probaly finish the html course

Finish html curse then css to learn how to design - to web page look nice, then learn java script, html is used mostly just to define what will be displayed to web page
