what is the future of coding career?

I see most of the people redirect themselves towards web design and avoiding programming languages, because design is contains "a little bit less maths". and with the new design platforms, in the future maybe this market will get filled, while there is a shortages in other fields.

Web designing contains much more maths than you think, i started off as a normal language dev and ended up becoming a web developer because with the web API you can make anything, from bots to in-browser operating systems without caring about memory allocation etc...
The shortages in other fields is an advantage because payments increase.
