Which language is best for making applications?

Question

I want to code and develop apps but I only know python so far and fell in love with it.
But after some surfing on net I found that I can't really create applications with python I can use tkinter but its looks like 90's GUI.
I want to mainly develop Android and Windows App.
Suggest me a language please!

P.s I'm a beginner
