Why the sololearn only have 56 badges?
I think it is better to add new badges.

I do feel so too! I am now forced to wait for Sololearn to bestow moderator, quiz reviewer and accept my quizzes and lessons if I were to proceed. Indeed boring.
Mail info@sololearn.com to give your suggestions. Hope that respond.

They may add new badges in the future. Occasionally they remove ones, particularly those which are not very practical to achieve.

I agree with HonFu . It seems that some of the badges I strived to attain here haven't improved my programming in any way. These badges plus the thirst for some xp only keep some of us addicted to the platform without wanting to leave after completing courses. Maybe that's the intention of badge creators, to keep people attached to the platform long term for greater ad revenue. It could be a win-win though as the longevity of us addicts and semi addicts indirectly aids with our schooling through exposure to new lessons and involvement in community q&a. As the old saying goes "Experience teacheth fools."

I also think that sololearn should add new badges. It's fun when you get the badges and also motivates us to do more. It's even addictive sometimes...
Also, sololearn should make courses like Kotlin and Angular JS as certification courses. It will also serve us greatly.
Thank you guys!!😊😊

New Badges. Because getting them and the xp is fun. Alright.
But what badge is missing exactly? What would be a badge that actually says something about your improvement as a coder?
Because that's what it should be about!
There are already some badges that don't say a lot, like self-learner, popular question, good citizen and such. What did you gain by acquiring these?
We could as well have the 'managed to tie my shoes badge' , the 'always good for lolz badge', the 'persistent homework poster badge' ... (Please, don't!)
So, what would be productive, meaningful badges?
