1. When starting off, not being too good with math won't affect you too much. However, if you do decide you want to go into more advanced programming being able to set up equations and manipulate values will definitely help out (I'm not too advanced myself so I'm not sure what fields of math would be too helpful).
2. If you're not a wealthy person - don't worry at all. I've been coding on a cheap computer I found on sale one day that can barely run 2D games and I've been doing pretty well so far haha. If you're looking to deal with hackers though, a computer would definitely be helpful given cyber security is mostly done with a computer terminal (like the command prompt), so if you ever find you're able to get it fixed or you find a good one for sale that would definitely be of use to you. I personally find that Sololearn is a really great place for beginners because it really explains a lot of its content very clearly and can really be easily understood if you're just starting out.
