Is learning graphics in c/c++ valuable?

I'm get more trouble while using graphics program in dev-c++/code::blocks.
Someone said to me that graphics is no more valuable in c/c++. In comparison to Python and java.

I'm not disagreeing, Bright Humble, but that answer just seems vague and would probably be better with an explanation as to why its valuable.

It is valuable, but also it is valuable in python and java. But, the graphics in c and c++ does not work in sololearn properly by including graphics.h. But it will work in the computer's notepad. I have made some simple shapes in turbo c but it doesn't work in sololearn, so it will work in the computer
