To learn C++ you don't need to learn C. In fact, C++ is a super set of C. Today OOP is the most popular programming paradigm and C++ supports that. Also many other programming languages supports OOP too. So by learning C++ you will find less difficulty while learning other languages. In case you have internal feeling coming from your inner voice that is constantly urging you to learn C then go for it. As More you have knowledge the better you will be. But to learn C++ , nobody needs to learn C first as the latter has completely different programming paradigm than the former.

C++ is a superset of C. Therefore C++ supports a superset of paradigms of C. In turn, C++ is not totally different, it supports Object Orientation in addition. You can still write programs in the functional paradigm that C stands for.
