What is the basic method to learn programming

You need to recognise what you want. Here is a list:
Data-science: Python
Android: Java, Kotlin

IOS: Swift, Obj C

Windows Dev: C#

Game Dev: C++, C#

Web Dev (front): Javascript, HTML, CSS, Jquery

Web Dev (back): PHP, Javascript, SQL, Python

Are you a beginner? If so C# is a complex language that I also struggled with. Start with Python because it is easy, job opportunities are amazing, reads like English and can be used for almost anything. If you are a student working with C# and you want to continue; Stack-Overflow is your best friend. Create a chrome shortcut of Stack-Overflow on your homescreen. Also, start again. Go to the C# tutorial on the app and review easier topics and gradually get higher. My last advice is simply ask for help. Ask your teacher/professor for help. If you are in a C# class, your teacher but have a good knowledge so use that! Good luck with your projects!
