Decompiling an apk or much more specific Dex files

Question

Hi there,
I know there is a couple of tools like Dex2jar, apkTool and various online websites to decode an apk.
Is there any chance of reserving apks in order to build the projects as a 100 % standard android studio project including manifest, java classes, and res directories? if so, please share any useful experience.
