It is useful up to a point. But if you are just providing answers from memory, you've probably come to the point that you are not learning anything new.

Yes it is usefull if you followup on those things that you dont understand and get a better understanding of those, otherwise if you get into challenges so as to win xps then it might become a problem as there is a tendancy of cramming. Other than that oh yes ive learnt a lot more
