What's the name of the code::block website to download app that works with SoloLearn?

Trying to find best app to install to create web pages, programs, etc...

What language are you after? Because if you are after Web Development, Code::Blocks is mostly for C/C++. Use Notepad++ for HTML because it is easy to set up and is light weight. http://www.codeblocks.org/downloads Search up Mike Dane's C++ tutorial on Youtube and he will show you how to install it.
