Sometimes you have to finish one lesson before going to the next section.

I checked it and it worked for me. Does it appear unlocked? You can try doing the previous lesson's questions and see if that helps. Else, try going for the skip that's available and find the solutions online, then you can go back and go through all the lessons that you missed.
