@ Pratim Majumder, // is the quotient for example 5 is contains (2 and 2) and (7contains 2+2+2) and % is remainder for example 7%2 if we subtract (7 -2-2-2=1) the remaining from 7 is 1 8%(5//3)=0 5//3=1 8%1=0 10%(11//3)=1 11//3=3 10%3=1

It is very simple // means quotient and % means remainder hence 5//2 = 2 and 7% ( 5//2) = 7 % 2 = 1
