HTML is not a programming language, it's a structural markups for defining web interface. You may be able to with JavaScript help though, just not sure if that's a good option. Learn to use HTML to build websites instead, it's better thing to do.

На html - нет! html - не является языком программирования. Но а вот на javascript - другое дело
