C++ was one of the early languages so there are a lot more expert programmer in this language than others so you need to be the best or you would be hidden in the crowd.

Python offers variety with its libraries and easy functionality also being in trend and able to be used on various platforms reduces the crowd or competition and also the cost for hitting skilled programmers.

Java is on the rise because it is used to develop android apps which is a large market and has a lot of scope not many programmers are coding for Android apps this allows newcomers opportunities.
whereas Java market on PC has been overflowed with great programmers and is not a very good choice.

JAVA has more advantages than C# regarding compatibility, compiler, costs, opensource and etc. and i think python also has many of advantages as well.
C# has many limitation in addition its projects using MS technology may be cost much more.
