Learning Android

Question

I want to learn Android. At first I should learn Java. After learning Java, what do I do? What's the best IDE? How can I learn it? And can I develop android apps on Linux?
I can't find Android SDK for linux.

maybe it is not available for Linux but for Windows you can simply write android sdk on Google

you can use android Studio on linux and you can use QTcreater. In most distributions you can download the Android SDK in the packet Manager. Who the hell said it's not available on Linux - Android is based on linux ...
