I suggest kivy, they have a help discord and Okay documentation.
Here is an app I built with kivy

Yeah I'm new. I've been trying to learn python on and off for a while but I just recently been sticking to it and learning everyday. I dont know enough to create an android game now but I'd like to know what I'll need to do it in the future.

laten muniz you might as well hop into kivy now, the hardest part of getting your first simple app to run is installing the requirements.

Okay Sam - Check My Codes have you tried blender? I think I've heard that's a good one to use with python also

laten muniz no I havn't used blender, because I'm still learning to code. I wouldn't reccomend using an IDE while learning.

Okay sam - Check My Codes so would I be able to create a game and put it on the android play store by using just python and kivy?

laten muniz my earnest advice is that if you are new and want to develop especially for Android, then python isn't a very good idea.
It has frameworks for it though, but it's not the best for a beginner.
Java, or Kotlin are more preferable
