Am I allowed to link other platforms in discussions and code playground?

I have rewritten an engine of a textadventure I wrote a while ago to post it on sololearn:

But after doing so I have now realized that it won't run on playground due to the input issue and the time limitation. I therefore put it on repl and included a link in the code. Am I allowed to do that (Repl seems to be a direct competitor)?

No, external libraries can only be included in web code playground.
