how we open save code

If you did it in a text editor like notepad for instance, save it as .html or .htm file extension. Then you just got to double click it and it'll open in a browser.
If you mean to open the code itself, then right click and select the text editor you used to code it in the first place.

right click then open with then select note pad if you are using Windows OS or select gedit if you are using Linux OS
