Just like Matthias said. Its for tab name in your browser. Use header instead head. You can use header and footer tag on html.

The title tag writes on the very top on the browser window (where the tabs are, x to close etc, don't know how this is called 😅) If you want a headline, you need h1, h2, ... tags in the body.
