Which is the best place to code for learning html css and javascript together

I find it difficult to work with js html and css together when i am offline and working with notepad so please reccomend me a good idea

Yes it is good but it takes lot of downloading internal plugins

But that is good for mac only Parthi Mvp and i work in windows

Sublime Text 3 is a decent editor for all your web developing needs. Light program, sleek and customisable UI. Use split windows to have both sublime and browser for debugging.

Visual Studio Code, w3schools, css-tricks, Stack Overflow, CodePen. Oh, and by the way, css-tricks also teaches JavaScript and HTML
