Why is it so hard to get an idea?

I've been programming for a while now... Since I was young... I by no means consider myself an expert (I know enough to make something work), BUT WHY IS IT SO HARD FOR ME TO COME UP WITH IDEAS SO THAT I CAN MAKE SOMETHING? When I try to think of something my mind just goes blank, dark & cold... Why? Am I stuck like this forever? I want to make something Original, something I need, something somebody else needs, fun games, websites, apps, anything... Please help me out... is this like a mental blockage or what? It's stressing me the hell out... 😭

The ideas will come after all , inspire yourself from other games , nature , movies , etc...
You don't need to have the full code in your mind. When you think about something to code , just start it. When you code , you can upgrade the code and you will get new ideas.
