Visual Studio Community Edition error update windows

when I run the program it shows me an error like this;

This product is not supported on this version of Windows. Try updating Windows first.

and my windows10 is up to date

The obvious - What (build) version of Windows are you running on? What version of VS are you updating to?

32bit
VS2019
