when any program needs to 2 times user input ,that time SoloLearn online IDE isn't working might be or I don't understand.

If your program taking multiple inputs separate them with a newline.
Sololearn takes all inputs at a time you just have to separate them on new lines.

This is a known limitation of SL code playground. Interactive input is not possible.
