Should i learn web development before going to programming language

Web development includes programming languages 😃

I would recommend starting with HTML first. As it is the building block for websites.

Once you have an understanding with HTML, start learning CSS.

Then, try and learn JavaScript. To help you out, how about trying p5.js (p5js.org) while you learn JavaScript 😃
