Why did someone take down my post again?

Question

I first posted a question and only one day later, it was taken down with someone saying I was a spammer and please do not spam. Then I posted another question asking why someone did it and only a few days later I got some responses but did not read them because it "does not exist" because someone took it down again.

Your post is taken down because it is not related to programming question or concept which is not allowed to be posted in q/a section, and one question down because it is irrelevant and considered as spam, so those post are deleted, please review the guidelines of the community before posting any questions because it may be possible that your questions is not allowed or duplicate here so review guidelines before posting is good.
