Question

hey guys, I need help.

I have to make a project as my final grade for my next semester.

here's what I know;
- front-end is PHP
- back-end is MySQL
- should be dynamic

I am absolutely shit in PHP and MySQL. I need help looking for online tools that will help me with my website. please suggest me anything that will help me in doing my project and being able to actually run the website.

yes i have. but we are not allowed to use wordpress. plus wordpress has its own set of functions that dont work outside of it. so even if i do get its whole source code i would have to look for all those functions and change them.
