how to set up localhost testing server without adobe dreamweaver?

i have adobe dw cs6 installation, and it is license has expired, and i cannot use it anymore. What i mean with localhost testing server is like "https://localhost/mywebsite/..."

Do you have any other options beside using adobe dw to create localhost server.

Use npm to install http-server, you need Nodejs installed beforehand.
