Where can I learn complete C programming language?

I am learning and coding in C since 1 year now. I have been solving small assignments from hacker rank and Project Euler. I haven't worked on any major yet. Even after learning C from a year now I still don' t feel confident about working on small projects. When I feel like I should work on projects I don't know where to start. I don't know how to write drivers for a piece of hardware. I don't know how to write applications which use computers hardware and networking to work with. These days I am starting to think that coding was not my thing. I want to learn all these but I don't know where to start. Please help me.

I think that you will never feel confodent to work on a small project. That is the nature of a programmer. But you should start with a small project. Because you will learn the most there.
