I'm confused
I'm new to this but the lesson on attributes said that the Align attribute for <p> was not supported by HTML5 but I tried it and it worked.... Why is this? I made sure that the <!DOCTYPE html> tag was at the top.

So what? Your browser interprets html, it is not an formal language. So your html is not compliant with HTML5, but your browser don't care.

Hi,
I'm not really familiar with HTML, but I think <p>tags still exist in HTML5.
How exactly is is stated in the course?
EDIT:
I misread your question. The align attribute seems to work for me too. odd.

Are you talking about the <p> tag itself, or how they first president the <p> tag?
