I can give you some IDE's for most platform:

Windows:- Visual Studio Community Edition(free)/Professional Edition(paid)
Linux:- Netbeans for C/C++ Development(free) or Code::Blocks(free) or Eclipse for C/C++ Development(free)
Mac:- Netbeans for C/C++ Development(free) or Code::Blocks(free) or Eclipse for C/C++ Development(free)
Android:- C4droid(paid) or CppDroid(free)

All are very good IDE's and are fast.
You can also use the IDE's listed for Linux and Mac with Windows but Visual Studio is only compatible with Windows
Visual Studio also comes with many other programming languages like C#
