Why is that answer not correct?

Try putting # before mystyle to refer to the item with the Id mystyle.
If that doesn't work, instead of # type the dot (.) to refer to all items with the class mystyle.

TL;DR: instead of mystyle type either:
#mystyle
or
.mystyle

the color is written by sololearn, i have to fill in “mystyle” and background color, nothing else..

Stefan Bartholomäus if there is room for that blank space, chances are that there is supposed to be something in front of "mystyle" like InxaneNinja said. Most likely either a # for an id selector or a dot . for a class selector.
