it depend upon what kind of website you want if you want a simple website in which you don't have to handle any sort of data and other stuff like that use HTML ,css and JavaScript, if you want to build an e-commerce website in which you have to handle data use HTML css JavaScript PHP and MySQL for simple beginner e-commerce website

start learning HTML, CSS, JS and PHP and you can do it then.

for design html and css is enough.
for interactivity javascript and maybe later for this jquery (javascipt shortcode ^^ ).
for serverside scripting php. than for database queries sql.
sever scripts can also be done in python or others via cgi...
